I’ve only had time to write down the chords for this one, but I usually just finger-pick the chords, starting with the bass note and play a random pattern.

Hello, Fredde. I really like your videos and want to play your cartoon medley but i don’t understand what should strings should i play and in which order. Can you help me somehow???
Hello Fredde !
I agree with Albert, a little tutorial could be helpful the more so as I think there are only a few patterns that are repeating just changing chords, so it shouldn’t be very long to do . The pb is ” What patterns ?” lol
Thanks for your videos keep it real !
heh i got a site to fix that but most of them are bar chords http://www.jguitar.com/chordsearch?chordsearch=eb dont worry its trustable also its not a tutorial its just the chords you need you should look at his fingers to learn his finger style
Alright, I’ll make a short and general video about how to play guitar some day.
Thanks fredde your my biggest idol :)
Hi Fredde!
I was just wondering exactly what you play exactly at the begining of tiny toon adventures.I mean after the G# and before you start with the D# chord.
An anticipated thanks! Your one of the best musicians I’ve ever seen :)
Hey, Radu: I just play the melody that I’m singing, but in two octaves. :) (Think power chords but play only on the first and third strings.) An easy way of making it sound full and interesting!
Thanks!
Helt konge ! lært meg nesten hele utenatt ;)
Stå på kompiss, dette er noe du kan.
Med vennlig hilsen fra en normann ;)
Hi there,
I like your videos, you have been blessed with that talent and of course you have worked hard too and now you are an admirable artist.
As a fan of your music i would like to play your Cartoon Medley with my guitar but i found the finger picking somewhat hard without a bit of explanation, if you can do a tutorial on how to play it to your fans i will really appreciate it, and not only me but the other people who have requested it before.
Best Regards!!!!
hi Fredde, thanks for the great songs !!!
from syberia with love )
can someone turn this into a tab
Hi fredde i’ve listen the cartoon medley several times but i was wondering if you can show how to play it with a tab.
Hey there, Fredde!
I’ve been searching all over the internet, and I just can’t find the chords to “The New Adventures of Winnie the Pooh”. You seem very good at tabbing things, be it by ear or whatever else, and I was wondering if you had any idea about HOW To play the rest of the song, not just the bridge and chorus seen in your medley?
Thanks in advance,
Thor
Hi Thorsteinn!
Yes, I’m using my ears, and I urge everyone to practice yourself so you don’t have to ask for tabs/chords by others! :P
With that said, I had a listen to it now, and these are the chords for the first verse and chorus:
verse:
C D/C Cmaj
Bm Em Am D
first chorus:
G Cmaj D C D
G Cmaj D C D
Then right into the chords I played in the medley. :)
You’re welcome!
hey i really like this and the chords are awsome but can u do 1 more but with only tabs 4 how u play it?? :)
//erik
erik: Thanks, but it takes too long to write down all the tabs. =/ You’ll have to use your ears. :) It’s usually really simple!
okey thanks anyway and again ur awsome :)
Hey Fred I was wondering that if you can play the intro of that Winnie the pooh, you know the, “twinkle sounds” perhaps I may call them in tabs please. here’s the link for it.
Thanks :)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHcOPcM0hJU&feature=related
Chris: If you try the notes from the chords I wrote a couple of comments up, you might figure out those “twinkle sounds”, although I know idea which ones you mean. :P I encourage experimenting though! You *can* figure it out yourself! :)
Hey mate,
This video is LEGENDARY!
And I know everyone is asking what notes you play, but what do you do in Ducktales? It sounds so cool, and i’m looking at the chords, and watching your fingers, and just thinking WTF. Can you tell me what you’re playing??
Kurt: Well, it’s always the bass line, those octaves back and forth. And then I’m adding the chords as well. You should be able to figure it out! :)
Thanks!
Fredde!
Thanks for replying mate.
I’ve been learning guitar for about a week, lol. I know 3 chords, and the first couple of verses of Sweet Home Alabama, lol.
I’m a little excited. Bought a Valencia Guitar when I knew i’d be starting (paid $100 for the Guitar and a bag), and I just paid $220 for a Freedom Acoustic with amp input and a built-in tuner. I think i’m expecting a little much of myself.
I’ve played your video a million times, i’d love to be able to pull those songs off.
How long have you been playing, it comes across as second nature.
Kurt: You’re welcome! I’ve been playing for more than 10 years, so yes, you have to be very patient! Practice for 30 minutes at a time (I’d recommend tabs as a start), as many times as possible per day, and you should be able to play most things after a year or two. :)
Hey! I saw your videos! I absolutely adore your guitar skills!
Hi!
I like your guitar playing. It’s wonderful. I also would like to play like you, but I can not understand much. If you find a little time to write instructional video on the game, I would be very grateful to you for that.
P.S.Yes, and I am sure I am not alone;)
Russian Fans!)
Hi Fredde,
The thing I really like about your videos is that you always look so happy and content when you play. You’re having fun and it shows, especially in your cartoon medley. Whenever I’m a little down, I listen to this and feel like a little child again.
Great job, greetings from Germany
Tjenare!
Tack!
FreddeGredde…you are amazing. This song made me remember my awesome childhood with all these shows. I use this song to cheer myself up all the time. Especially the Winnie the Pooh part. I have been playing for three years and am no where near your skill level. Thirteen eight was awesome too man. Keep being epic Freddie.
Freddie, I was wondering if it would be ok with you for me to make tutorial videos of your medleys. I’m not as talented as you, but it’s very requested. I would greatly appreciate feedback ASAP.
Willie: Sure, do that! :) Hopefully you’ll teach the correct things though! :D
Could you possibly put up a video on your channel saying my YouTube account (potatosordfighter666) will be making tutorials? I would really appreciate it and it would definitely please the fans who want to learn your amazing songs.
I will do something like that if your tutorials are good enough.
Thank you so much. I will try my hardest to not disappoint you.
Fredde, you’re awesome. If you were to put this medley on CD, I would buy it. I’m also working on learning this. I like the fact that your video always shows the full neck so I can learn the placement of the fingers. And the finger picking isn’t too hard once you learn the pattern.
Thanks again! :)
Hey Fredde! I have two questions:
Tiny toons: I get what you said about octaves, but could you write out the G# part in notes, it goes too fast for me 8)
Smurfs: Is D-D/F#-Em-G really right? It looks like you’re playing D-B-Em-A
Thanks!
ErikW: It’s the same notes as the vocal melody.
And yes, it’s right. That second chord is like a D, but with an F# bass instead, played on the ninth fret. And.. Ooooops, you’re right, it’s an A at the end, not a G. :D Thanks!
In Donald, how do you play the A-chord after “who got the sweetest diposition”, thats in A/(A E B E). It looks different to the first A you play :D
Daniel: I only play “the chord” on the G and B strings in most of the Donald Duck theme, so I shift around my fingers quite much to reach all the bass notes.
Hey Fredde, just one question:
Is there the possibility that you publish the actual tabs on this medly, and not just the chords? I can’t do anything with those…
Pete!
Pete: If someone pays me for the time it takes, sure!
Really though, you should learn how to take advantage of chords. :)
Hey i sent a message on youtube im Thebuddykiller lol
Hey Fredde,
I was just wondering what the brackets meant – A/(A G# F# E). I can play the rest, but those brackets are confusing me
Hi Tristan!
“A/(A G# F# E)” is meant to mean “A A/G# A/F# A/E”, but it’s too long to write out, so instead I’ve put them together, showing that the chord is A all the time, and then you play those bracketed notes as the bass line.
Hope that made sense! :)
Ok, so I’ll assume that (in Tiny Toons) that the F in the bracket for F is just a regular F?
Tristan: Yes, exactly. When doing those brackets, the bass is changing quite quickly, so I’m showing the whole “run” during that chord.
Hello FreddeGredde, I’m to Argentina, and i want to tell that you are my idol, I am your fan number one, and I never write you, I do not know why ! I started to watch your videos in YouTube and I loved the videos. You’re a incredible singer, and play a guitar fantastic, the piano, Acordion, etc.
Thank you for teached me any songs that you sings. Thanks.
You are a teacher of music, a very good teacher, a young boy.
Bye Freddie, if you want, follow me on twitter ! @SamirJandar99
Thanks for much !!!
GoodBye
Just wanted to thank you for your awesome music <3 Yoou really can make me feel better when everything seems so grey and so sad.
I love this video. But do you usually wear glasses? Just throwing this out there, you look adorable with glasses :)
destiny: Hehe, I don’t use glasses no, BUT. I should. My eye sight is pretty bad, but I don’t like glasses, I feel weird and trapped in them. My life is okay without them! So yeah. That’s the story. :P
Great goods from you, man. I’ve take into accout your stuff prior
to and you’re just extremely wonderful. I actually
like what you’ve got right here, certainly like
what you’re stating and the way through which you say it.
You are making it entertaining and you still care for to stay it smart.
I cant wait to read much more from you. That is really a terrific site.
Hey Fred, I’m Kenyan and just saw your cartoon medley.
#awesome. Just one question…are you the one who actually did the Donald Duck impression at the end?? Be honest!
P.S. = I love how you actually reply your fans…#classy!!! :-)
Hey Valentine! Haha, of course it was me. :D I’m not even good at it, but when I was a kid I practiced a lot and tried to learn speaking like Donald… But I never learnt to actually form words.
Thanks! :)
Aaaaaaaaahh!!! YOU REPLIED!!!!! #screams
I’m currently jumping up and down by the way…
What do you mean you’re not good at it?? 8-O … If you hear me ‘doing’ it, you’ll consider yourself a guru! :-/
haii freddy… laguMU bagus sekali… aku dan adik adikku sangat menyukainya… teruslah menciptakan lagu lagu yang kayak begini,, benar benar lagu yang mengagumkan..
